Halloween Party
Halloween Event – for children and adults!, followed by Club Night!
– Fancy Dress Competition
– Spooky Tattoos & Glow sticks
– Decorate a Trick or Treat Bag
– Decorate a Mask
– Trick or Treating around 4 local houses
– Sandwiches, Crisps and Cake
– Sparklers
Especially for the adults: the bar is open; SPECIAL DRINK: mulled wine; draft ale as usual and a wide variety of beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks – the event continues throughout the evening, replacing the Club night for October.

Olympics – This Friday (Club Night) and Sat 4th Aug (Summer BBQ)
Come and enjoy the Olympics at the Garden Village Peace Centre over the next couple of weeks.
Starting on Friday (27th July) with the Opening Ceremony and Club Night. The Opening Ceremony starts at 9pm and the bar will be open from just before 8pm.
Then the following Saturday (4th August), we will be holding our annual summer barbecue from 1pm. As well as the barbecue, the bar will be open with Olympic sport on the big screen and there will be a range of fun activities for all ages including face painting, garden games and the amazing wibbly wire.
